We welcome self-managed and plan managed NDIS participants. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide service to agency managed participants at present.
If you have any concerns regarding your child's communication, swallowing or feeding skills, you can self-refer directly to us. Rebates under Medicare may apply under the Chronic Disease GP Management Plan. You will need to get a referral from your GP, who may give you up to 5 rebatable appointments per year that will cover part of the cost of the appointments.
You may be able to claim a portion of your speech pathology fees under your private health insurance. Please contact your insurer to check your policy.

We truly understand that illness and emergency can arise unexpectedly. While we empathise with these situations, it's essential for us to maintain the sustainability of our business so we can continue serving the community. If you need to cancel, please inform your therapist as soon as possible. To assist you and avoid cancellation fees, we are happy to provide alternatives, such as telehealth appointments or rescheduling to a more convenient day if feasible. Our cancellation policies are outlined as follows:
Cancellation 72 hours before appointment : no cancellation fees
Cancellation within 48 hours before appointment : 100% of session fees
Cancellations fees are at the discretion of your therapist. Repeated cancellations may result in cancellation of future services.
