At Be Vibrant Speech Pathology, we will ask you some personal and  medical questions to understand your situation and concerns better, so  we can support you effectively. It's important to know that we are  legally bound to keep your information private and secure. We may  collect this info through forms, surveys, electronic devices, or by  talking with you. Sometimes, we might share it with Be Vibrant Speech  Pathology staff, supervisors, and other services associated with Be  Vibrant Speech Pathology (with your consent), and with relevant  organizations (i.e., Medicare), all to make sure the client gets the  best care possible.
We take your privacy seriously at Be Vibrant  Speech Pathology, and we strive to keep your information confidential  whenever we can. However, there are situations where the law requires us  to share information about the client:

• Serious criminal activity or possession of firearms
• Missing persons
• Subpoena or court order
• Reportable diseases
